We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if something isn't quite right, please let us know. Our garments are all made to order and handcrafted just for you.

We do not accept exchanges or returns once an order has been placed. However, if your plans change, we will gladly assist you.

We are happy to provide complimentary alteration services for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. This free service is only available for minor alterations. Other alterations requests, which may incur a fee, are available after reviewing the outfit.


For Indian orders, We offer Pick up for alterations and then drop off at your address. Allow us 18 to 25 days to complete this.

For international orders, we recommend that any necessary changes be planned ahead of time in order to incur the least amount of shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.
