For custom/ made-to-order/ Bridal orders and bulk custom orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the package and the country where the delivery is being dispatched to. Shipping charges for such orders will be shared upon inquiry.

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers.

Most countries are shipped on a DDU(Delivery Duty Unpaid) Basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival that may be applicable in your country.


Delivery

Lola Bibi will be shipped within 2-4 weeks.

Festive & Occasion Wear will be shipped within 8-12 weeks.

Custom made/made to order/bridal orders will be shipped according to the shipment date specified when the order is placed.

For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us directly. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time :

1. No complete payment has been received
2. Incorrect/inadequate address information
3. Measurements
4. There has been no response from the customer.

Please keep in mind that we make every effort to ensure that the product reaches you on time. We have partnered with several third-party vendors in order to expedite our process. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if something isn't quite right, please let us know. Our garments are all made to order and handcrafted just for you.

We do not accept exchanges or returns once an order has been placed. However, if your plans change, we will gladly assist you.We are happy to provide complimentary alteration services for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. This free service is only available for minor alterations. Other alterations requests, which may incur a fee, are available after reviewing the outfit.For Indian orders, We offer Pick up for alterations and then drop off at your address. Allow us 18 to 25 days to complete this.

For international orders, we recommend that any necessary changes be planned ahead of time in order to incur the least amount of shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.
